ディスプレイからの情報が取れてるか

lcd_rotate=1 (display_loteteはobsolate) どちらもPi4では効かない

failed to open vchiq instance

ffpmegなどで表示される場合 /dev/vchiqのアクセス権がない場合に出る。videoグループに追加すれば良い。
