ドライブ文字をつけるために管理者でコマンドプロンプトを起動
 diskpart
EFIパーティションを探す。
 DISKPART> list volume
 
  Volume ###  Ltr Label        Fs    Type        Size     Status     Info
  ----------  --- -----------  ----  ----------  -------  ---------  --------
  Volume 0     G   SM4T         NTFS   Partition   3726 GB  正常
  Volume 1     D   MC2T         NTFS   Partition   1907 GB  正常
  Volume 2     E   TO8T         NTFS   Partition   7452 GB  正常
  Volume 3                      FAT32  Partition    512 MB  正常         システム
  Volume 4     C                NTFS   Partition   1863 GB  正常         ブート

それらしいVolume 3を選択してドライブ文字を割り当て終了。
 DISKPART> select volume 3
 DISKPART> assign letter=P
 DISKPART> exit

EFIパーティションに情報を書き込み。
EFIパーティションに情報を書き込み。ここはbcdbootコマンド。
 C:\Windows\system32>bcdboot c:\Windows /s P: /f UEFI
 ブート ファイルは正常に作成されました。

割り当てたドライブ文字を消す。
 diskpart
 DISKPART> list volume
 
  Volume ###  Ltr Label        Fs    Type        Size     Status     Info
  ----------  --- -----------  ----  ----------  -------  ---------  --------
  Volume 0     G   SM4T         NTFS   Partition   3726 GB  正常

 ボリューム 3 が選択されました。
 
 DISKPART> remove letter=P
 
 DiskPart はドライブ文字またはマウント ポイントを正常に削除しました。
 
 DISKPART> exit
 
 DiskPart を終了しています...
